SThree are pleased to announce we’re recruiting for a talented Global Human Resources Operations Process Governance Specialist to join & guide our excellent team based in our fantastic office space in Cadworks, Glasgow. The focus of this role is to manage and supervise our people processes to ensure compliance, efficiency and delivery of a great people experience. The chosen candidate will review and evaluate our people impacting processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement, and work in partnership with key stakeholders to positively affect and implement change.

What are the day-to-day tasks?
- Establish and oversee a process for review and validation of all HR Ops core processes, including but not limited to onboarding, benefits admin and offboarding processes
- Responsible for ensuring the regular updates of our process notes as required
- Create and oversee training updates for team members and colleagues
- Ensure our processes align to our people policies, local legislation and GDPR/Data Protection principles
- Responsible for monthly audit protocols and DQ checks across the team
- People data management expert, engaging with key stakeholders to drive adoption of good data management practices
- Understand our people processes that are driven using data and ensure data is processed in a compliant way
- Support the Global Head of HR Operations with the update and actions of our Risk and Control register
- Partner with key stakeholders to regularly review and audit end to end people processing, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Create and implement approved process improvements
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders including HRIS, HR, Reward, Payroll and colleagues in the Global Benefits network
- Effectively build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure our involvement with People impacted projects
What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
- Excellent understanding of GDPR and Data Protection guidelines and how to apply these
- Strong experience of MS Office
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Global process experience, preferably in an HR environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
