About the role
Following the recent brand refresh and repositioning of SThree as the global STEM workforce consultancy, the Global Brand team is seeking a Global Head of Content, to execute and lead our global content strategy that blends thought leadership, SEO‑optimised content, conversion‑driven assets and social media excellence. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Brand, Digital Marketing, Social Media, CRM and regional marketing teams to ensure new and existing content is tightly aligned with commercial priorities and market positioning.
You will oversee all written and multi-media content creation across the Global Marketing team, set the content roadmap, manage production workflows with our agency partner and your global content team members, embed data‑driven planning, and ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality, globally relevant content.
A critical focus of this role is enabling close alignment between content and business needs. This includes embedding content professionals into sales conversations, leveraging audience research and SEO insights, and producing content that drives measurable pipeline impact.
You will also lead the global organic social media content strategy to ensure cohesive storytelling, audience engagement and consistent brand presence across all platforms.
What you’ll be doing
- Execute and drive/lead our global content strategy spanning brand awareness, thought leadership, lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure content supports the full customer journey (See, Think, Do, Care).
- Embed content into sales conversations to translate customer needs into effective content assets.
- Deliver landing pages, campaign materials and enablement tools aligned to business priorities.
- Lead the creation of research reports, trend insights and executive perspectives that position SThree as an industry authority.
- Work closely with Online Marketing, Social Media, CRM, Research and Brand to maximise reach, engagement and conversion.
- Ensure all website content follows SEO best practices and drives organic growth.
- Build a structured content roadmap informed by SEO data, search demand, audience insights and commercial needs.
- Oversee global content production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across regions
- Drive a collaborative content production engine that ensures regional teams have access to high-quality, localised content while maintaining global consistency and efficiency
- Own the global organic social strategy, ensuring alignment with brand tone, messaging and content goals.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years in global content marketing with a proven track record in strategy, SEO and performance‑driven content.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams to translate insights into impactful content.
- Strong background leading organic social content and managing content or social teams.
- Expertise in managing large content operations across multiple regions.
- Experience owning budgets and managing agencies or content partners.
- Strategic, commercially minded and data‑driven.
- Excellent stakeholder management — able to influence global teams and senior leaders.
- Strong grasp of CMS tools and content management, SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and content performance metrics.
- Skilled at leading thought leadership content and conversion‑optimised assets.
- Exceptional communication, writing and editorial judgement.
- Strong project management and operational leadership skills.
- Up‑to‑date with emerging trends in content, social, AI‑driven formats and audience engagement.
