About the Role
As our Global Digital Content Specialist, you will create, adapt, and optimise digital content across our paid, owned, and earned channels – supporting lead generation, engagement, and conversion across our house of brands. You’ll work closely with our Global Content Team, Digital Marketing, and regional stakeholders across Europe, APAC, MENA, DACH, the US, and partner agencies. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident delivering high-quality content in both German and English.
What You’ll Do
- Content Creation & Adaptation
- Develop ideas informed by performance data, market insights, and audience needs
- Create and adapt content for websites, blogs, landing pages, guides, email, paid ads (B2B & B2C)
- Support CRO initiatives to improve conversions
- Ensure all content aligns with brand and Tone of Voice
- Website, SEO & Content Governance
- Update and maintain CMS content (Umbraco)
- Apply SEO/GEO best practices
- Support content audits, governance, and version control
- Performance & Reporting
- Analyse content effectiveness using GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Brandwatch, etc.
- Surface insights to drive optimisation
- Maintain accurate content and asset libraries
- Work with Digital Marketing, Social, Paid Media, Brand, Regional Marketing & Sales teams
- Coordinate with agencies on translation, proofing, and creative production
- Support content timelines, briefs, approvals & the global content calendar
- Marketing Automation
- Support development of content for automated journeys
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in digital/content marketing
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling and proofreading skills
- CMS experience (Umbraco/WordPress/Drupal)
- SEO knowledge + understanding of digital performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, remote environment
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C content
- Bonus: project coordination, global market experience, basic HTML, experience with emerging content trends/AI tools
