This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Service Delivery team and have real ownership over asset management processes, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:

- Maintaining a robust, auditable IT asset register and identifying opportunities to maximise asset value through reuse and redeployment.
- Coordinating hardware procurement, working closely with suppliers and logistics partners to meet demand, standards, and budgets.
- Supporting the Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) process to recover, redeploy, and securely dispose of equipment.
- Overseeing mobile device provisioning, mobile service providers, and invoice validation.
- Producing regular and ad‑hoc asset reporting and analysis to support financial control and decision‑making.
- Driving continuous improvement in asset management processes and resolving asset‑related issues end to end.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with data, reports, and processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and see issues through to resolution.
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in IT asset management or the mobile telecoms space.
- Working knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Intune, or IT service/asset frameworks.
Be part of a collaborative, inclusive IT function with global impact. Gain exposure to end‑to‑end IT asset management in a complex, international environment. Opportunities to drive improvements and put your ideas into practice. A supportive team that values customer focus, ownership, and continuous improvement.
