SThree are pleased to announce that we’re recruiting for a talented SuccessFactors Product Owner to join our Digital People team, based in our fantastic office space located in Glasgow on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you’ll ensure our SuccessFactors platform is optimized, intuitive, and fully leveraged across the business. You’ll provide strategic guidance, bespoke configurations, and champion best practices to drive adoption and maintain data quality. Your work will directly support our business goals and revenue forecasts.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with business process owners to tailor SuccessFactors to local needs.
- Analyse release roadmaps and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage change requests.
- Document enhancements and maintain technical design documentation.
- Support strategic projects to increase adoption and knowledge of SuccessFactors.
- Partner with L&D to deliver training programs for users.
- Manage support calls and liaise with vendors for issue resolution.
- Create and maintain test scripts, conduct testing, and report results.
- Monitor and improve data quality across the platform.
- Stay up to date with SuccessFactors advancements and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience with SuccessFactors in a commercial or professional services environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central Core, Career Development Planning, Performance & Goals) are highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Broad business understanding and ability to work under commercial constraints.
- A proactive team player with high integrity and customer focus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
