Are you looking to leave Retail or Hospitality for a stable office career? Do you want a professional job, but prefer late starts or evening shifts? We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join a world-leading global organization as Service Support Specialist. This is NOT a call centre role. You will be working "behind the scenes" in a central support team, managing data, processes, and emails—no cold calling or constant phone work involved.

The Role & Your Future

We provide full training. We don't expect you to know our systems (ServiceNow/SharePoint) on day one; You will gain highly transferable skills in global operations, compliance, and data management.

  • Data & Process Management: accurately validating operational data and ensuring compliance.
  • Business Support: Acting as the email point of contact for internal teams and contractors. Managing the administrative lifecycle of contractors (paperwork, extensions, and offboarding).
