The Role & Your Future

We provide full training. We don’t expect you to know our systems (ServiceNow/SharePoint) on day one; we expect you to have the right attitude. You will gain highly transferable skills in global operations, compliance, and data management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Data & Process Management: accurately validating operational data and ensuring compliance.
  • Business Support: Acting as the email point of contact for internal teams and contractors.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Managing the administrative lifecycle of contractors (paperwork, extensions, and offboarding).
  • Problem Solving: Investigating complex issues and finding solutions for stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • You don’t need previous office experience. We are looking for transferrable skills often found in Retail, Banking, Hospitality, or Logistics.
  • Attention to Detail: You care about accuracy and getting things right.
