What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver conversational analytics experiences using Power BI and AI tools
- Translate executive questions into structured analytical insights
- Optimise semantic data models for AI-readiness and natural language interaction
- Build and implement solutions that minimise AI hallucination risks and ensure data accuracy
- Develop explainable AI outputs, ensuring all insights are traceable and trusted
- Apply data science and ML techniques for insight generation, summarisation, and anomaly detection
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape data-driven decision-making
- Coach and upskill teams on best practices in AI-enabled analytics
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong background in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning
- Hands-on experience with Power BI semantic models or enterprise data modelling
- Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or natural language analytics
- Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and metric definition
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments and shape solutions from the ground up
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or AI grounding techniques
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
