SThree are pleased to announce we’re recruiting for a talented Placement Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team based in our fantastic office space located in Glasgow on a full-time basis. As a Placement Quality & Compliance Specialist, you’ll be the gatekeeper of right-first-time placements—ensuring data accuracy and compliance from submission through to client invoicing. This role is central to our order-to-cash journey, and you’ll be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations, supporting our sales teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Validate placement data and compliance checkpoints before approval.

  • Communicate gaps to sales teams to minimise impact on clients and contractors.
  • Provide weekly placement updates to Business Managers.
  • Liaise with Legal to manage contract amendments using workflow systems.
  • Respond to queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Champion service excellence and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in customer service, onboarding, or payroll support.

A commitment to delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships.
