Responsibilities
- Extracting and analysing data from SharePoint, Mercury, and D365 across multiple regions.
- Tracking SLAs and performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Building Power BI dashboards to visualise trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborating with Operations and IT teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance.
- Turning raw data into clear, business‑friendly insights that drive decision‑making.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with SharePoint, Mercury, and D365.
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise way.
- Previous experience in operations or IT support analysis is a plus.
