We’re hiring a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract to manage a high-volume ledger and drive cash collection performance while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Proactively chasing debt using all channels, with a focus on telephone engagement
  • Delivering against cash collection, debt and DSO targets
  • Producing customer statements and maintaining accurate account records
  • Escalating accounts where necessary and supporting legal recovery processes
  • Collaborating with Billing, Placement Support and Sales Ledger teams

Requirements:

  • Strong collections experience (ideally in a B2B environment)
  • Experience managing a high-volume ledger
  • Knowledge of O2C processes and credit risk principles
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
