We’re looking for a Contract Payroll Advisor to join our finance team in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely payment of contractors globally, resolving payroll and payment queries, processing adjustments and working closely with teams across Europe, APAC, the Middle East and the Americas.

What you’ll do
- Processing accurate and timely contractor payrolls
- Managing vendor accounts and payment timelines
- Handling payroll queries and delivering excellent customer service
- Working closely with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Identifying improvements to enhance processes and reduce queries
What we’re looking for
- Finance, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with systems like D365, Mercury, or Power BI (desirable)
