We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical Commission & Bonus Analyst to join our Global Finance Operations team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of commission and bonus payments for our sales teams globally. You’ll work with large data sets, contribute to incentive scheme design, and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations. What you’ll do:

  • Deliver accurate, timely commission and bonus calculations across global sales teams
  • Manage and maintain commission data, ensuring integrity and completeness
  • Set up and administer automated and non-automated incentive schemes
  • Validate and process manual claims, adjustments, and additional incentives
  • Support modelling and scenario analysis for new or evolving commission plans
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve complex payment queries
  • Continuously improve processes and enhance system efficiency
  • Ensure outputs meet SLAs and internal control requirements
  • Produce reporting and insights for Finance Business Partners and leadership

  • Experience with commission, bonus, or incentive calculations
  • Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis, modelling)
  • High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence a range of stakeholders
  • Exposure to compensation tools (e.g. "Xactly") would be advantageous
