We're looking for a
Business Performance Analyst to join our Global Operations team in Glasgow.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping service excellence across a global organisation by combining operational performance data, customer insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role
As a Business Performance Analyst, you will be the reporting and insight lead for Global Operations, helping leaders understand performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
You'll work collaboratively with operational teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to transform complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver regular reporting and insight against key KPIs, SLAs, and customer experience measures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, Service Now, and other data sources.
- Analyse operational performance and customer feedback data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support Voice of the Customer initiatives by connecting customer feedback with operational performance metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to operational leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with teams to understand performance outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Support customer journey mapping and help identify pain points across end-to-end processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and track measurable business impact.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting frameworks.
