About the role

The Business Analyst will support Global Operations by transforming data-driven insights into clear, strategic recommendations for senior and executive stakeholders. This role focuses on analysing information provided by data teams, interpreting operational performance, and shaping insights that inform decision-making, process improvement, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Insight Generation & Business Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational performance using datasets provided by Data & Technology teams.
  • Interpret trends, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Provide forward-looking recommendations to leadership to drive operational improvement.
  • Develop and interpret dashboards within ServiceNow to support insight generation and performance analysis.
  • Executive-Level Reporting
    • Produce polished, concise executive-ready reports and presentations.
    • Develop recurring performance packs summarising key insights, risks, and opportunities.
    • Communicate complex findings in clear, non-technical language.
  • Operational Performance & SLA Commentary
    • Analyse SLA performance, escalation patterns, and process bottlenecks.
    • Provide commentary on performance variance and emerging issues.
    • Work with operational leads to validate findings and align on improvement actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Operations teams to understand challenges and validate insights.
    • Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to refine data inputs and improve data quality.
    • Contribute insight to system improvements and reporting frameworks.
    • Use visual collaboration tools such as Miro to support system improvement activities.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve service excellence.
    • Support design of business cases and recommendations.

    Skills, Knowledge & Experience

    • Experience in Business Analysis or Operational Insight roles.
    • Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
    • Ability to produce executive-level reporting.
    • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Experience working with Operations, Data, or Technology teams.
    • Hands-on experience building and interpreting dashboards within ServiceNow.
    • Experience using Miro for mapping, workshop collaboration or design activities (desirable).
