We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer/Consultant to join our Dynamics & Power Platform team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting, enhancing and optimising our D365 F&O platform, ensuring it continues to deliver value across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for D365 Finance & Operations support and enhancements
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate requirements into effective solutions
- Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules aligned to business needs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to business users
- Manage platform enhancements, defects and change requests
- Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party partners to deliver improvements
- Facilitate workshops, recommend process improvements and drive optimisation initiatives
- Support SIT, UAT and regression testing activities
- Maintain system documentation and support materials
- Assist with releases, deployments, governance and platform maintenance
What we're looking for
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of Finance Management processes
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs
- Experience supporting and configuring D365 F&O environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile and project delivery environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- D365 F&O implementation, upgrade or transformation experience
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps)
- Azure DevOps and release management experience
- Experience integrating D365 F&O with other Microsoft technologies
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience with ISV solutions and third-party integrations
