Are you someone who enjoys working alongside customers as a trusted partner, helping them achieve outcomes rather than just deliverables? If you bring credibility, structure, and calm ownership to complex service environments, this could be a great next step.
We’re looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery across key Project Services customers, ensuring consistency, quality, and long‑term value.
The opportunity
In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and internal partners to ensure services are well‑defined, well‑governed, and well‑delivered. You’ll take a consultative approach — understanding customer objectives, shaping service expectations, and ensuring delivery aligns to agreed outcomes.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning end‑to‑end service delivery across customer engagements
- Acting as a senior point of contact for service reviews, risks, and escalations
- Partnering with customers to define service levels, delivery approach, and success measures
- Providing input into Statements of Work, proposals, and delivery plans
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, PMO, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure joined‑up delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a customer‑facing service delivery or consulting‑style role
- Strong understanding of Statement of Work–based delivery models
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments with confidence and credibility
- Able to balance structure and flexibility while managing multiple priorities
- Experience within recruitment services or similarly fast‑paced, client‑driven environments
What you’ll receive:
- Hybrid working with flexibility built in. Offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds.
- Competitive pension contribution
- Private healthcare and wellbeing support
- Generous holiday allowance
- Clear scope to influence service delivery and develop your career in a global organisation
Please note this is a Recruitment Service Delivery Manager. NOT IT. You will be in charge of Staffing solutions, and outcomes based projects related to staffing and recruitment.
This is a role for someone who wants to add value through partnership, not just process — shaping how services are delivered, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting sustainable growth.
