Are you a detail-driven, proactive professional with a passion for project delivery and stakeholder engagement? We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our London-based Customer Operations team, supporting the successful delivery of Project Services initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and change requests across multiple accounts.
  • Produce high-quality PMO documentation and customer reporting.
  • Support project governance, timesheet queries, and service delivery administration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales Ops, Commercial, and Customer Leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting.
