Recruitment Consultant - Java Market

Leeds City Centre

Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

£30K-£50K Basic (DOE)

Uncapped Commission (No Threshold)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-cycle 360 contract recruitment
  • Build long-term relationships with Java contractors and clients
  • Own your desk, your strategy, and your success
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, award-winning team

This is not a resourcer role. Not HR. Not in-house or onsite. This is 360 / BD / Full Life Cycle Contract Focused Recruitment.
