This is a full life cycle, 360, business development opportunity. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll step into a role that's both demanding and incredibly fulfilling, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business development through new sales and nurturing existing relationships. You will utilise diverse methods such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events to source and screen candidates effectively.
Overseeing the entire recruitment process, you will manage interactions with clients and candidates from start to finish. It's important to note that while this is an entry level into recruitment, it is NOT entry-level to employment; candidates should have prior commercial experience in similar settings to be considered. We value (but not limited to) backgrounds in recruitment, high-level customer service, contact centres, call centres, sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C environments, as they often provide transferable skills applicable to build on for this role.
