The Clerical Assistant supports the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business, ensuring that internal processes run efficiently and information is managed accurately. This includes maintaining records, supporting internal teams, and assisting with routine office and project‑related tasks.
Wage: £16,640 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. £434 if 18‑20 and have completed the first year of your apprenticeship; £508.40 if 21 or over and have completed the first year of your apprenticeship.
Training course: Business administrator (Level 3)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, 40 hours per week. You will be provided with a 30‑minute paid break.
Duration: 1 year 9 months.
Start date: Monday 5 October 2026.

Training: Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
