We’re on the lookout for a motivated Automotive Spray Painter Assistant to join our growing team in Stapylton with an immediate start. Whether you’re looking to get your foot in the door or already have some experience under your belt, this is your chance to build a career in a hands-on role- all we ask for is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Every day brings something different – from prepping brand-new builds to refreshing used vehicles. You\'ll work closely with our Lead Spray Painter, assisting in the preparation, masking, sanding, and painting of our custom-built trucks with on-the-job training and guidance provided.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Assisting with the spray painting of truck bodies and parts
Preparing surfaces – sanding, masking, and cleaning
Learning how to mix and apply paint to large vehicles
Maintaining tools and spray booths
Supporting the team with general workshop duties
What We\'re Looking For
No experience necessary – just a genuine interest in spray painting or automotive work
Full Australian working rights
A valid driver’s licence
Good attention to detail and a can-do attitude
Reliability, honesty, and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Must be will to complete a pre-employment medical and National Police Check
