Your Role
- Plan fun, developmentally appropriate activities for 2–4 year olds
- Observe and record children’s progress
- Build positive, supportive relationships with families
- Keep your room safe, clean and engaging
- Work collaboratively with a small, experienced team
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 or higher DfE-approved Early Years Qualification (preferred Level 3)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting (desirable)
- Understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding & Child Protection
