Responsibilities
- React to different situations throughout the school day and use your initiative within the learning environment
- Work calmly under pressure
- Communicate effectively with team members and work both independently and within a team
- Supervise groups or whole classes where a teacher is absent unexpectedly
- Provide administrative support where no lesson cover required
