You will act as the Executive Housekeeper’s right hand, allocating tasks, training staff, and coordinating with other departments to uphold Louma’s brand standards.
You will mentor the team, supervise inspections, manage linen and stock, and ensure COSHH, Manual Handling, and Fire Safety compliance.
