We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Trolley Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy being on your feet, working outdoors, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

  • Collecting, moving and organising customer trolleys across the site.
  • Assisting customers with loading heavy items into vehicles.
  • Keeping trolley bays and outdoor areas tidy and safe.
  • Jumping on the tills to support the team during busy times.
  • Providing friendly, helpful customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who is physically fit and comfortable handling heavy trolleys.
  • Is happy to work outdoors in all weather (rain or shine!).
  • Is flexible and able to work alternate weekends.
  • Is confident speaking to customers and using a till (full training provided).
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Is reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in!
  • Has previous retail or customer service experience (but a great work ethic and willingness to learn are more important).

The Practical Details:

  • Contract Type: Permanent - Part Time
  • Reports to: Customer Service Team Leader.
  • Hours: Average of 25 hours per week following a two-week rota;
  • Week 1: Monday - 10:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - 9:30am - 1:00pm, Saturday - 9:00am - 6:00pm, Sunday - 10:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Week 2: Monday - 10:00am - 6:00pm, Thursday - 9:30am - 6:00pm, Friday - 9:30am - 5:30pm.
