Location: Ashford, Surrey

Salary: 30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30, 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30 (depending on business requirements)

The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of customer orders throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring deliveries, collections and installations are coordinated efficiently while maintaining outstanding communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate deliveries, collections, relocations and installations for key customer accounts.
Manage customer orders from enquiry through to successful completion.
Liaise with customers throughout every stage of the order lifecycle, providing regular updates.
Prepare quotations and process customer requests.
Schedule work using internal systems and maintain accurate records.
