An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join an established commercial vehicle business based in Daventry. This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy workshop environment. You will supervise a team of technicians, coordinate the nightly workload and ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
- Supervising and leading a team of technicians during nightly workshop operations
- Coordinating and scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair work
- Allocating work and monitoring progress throughout the shift
- Ensuring an efficient workflow and that deadlines are met
- Providing technical guidance and support to the workshop team
- Overseeing the availability of required parts and workshop supplies
