An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Manager / Finance Broker to join a fast-growing business based in Bedford.
This is a 360-degree sales and account management role, offering the chance to build your own pipeline, develop long-term client relationships and manage deals from initial enquiry through to completion.
The role would suit someone with a strong sales background who is confident speaking with business owners and directors, comfortable working to targets and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
The Role
- Advise UK SMEs on suitable funding solutions
- Prospect and convert new and existing leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage deals from initial enquiry through to completion
- Prepare and submit finance applications accurately
- Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Work with a panel of more than 50 lenders to identify suitable finance options
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience
- B2B or consultative sales experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- A self-motivated, commercially aware and results-focused approach
- The ability to manage your own pipeline and workload
- A professional and coachable attitude
- The ability to commute to Bedford on a daily basis
- Full UK work authorisation
Experience within asset finance would be useful but is not essential.
Candidates from vehicle or fleet sales, insurance, commercial broking, recruitment, telesales, Fin Tech, Saa S or other target-driven sales environments are encouraged to apply.
