Job Description

What is Steward?

Steward is a VC-backed startup on a mission to simplify the complex world of investor onboarding using AI 🤖 . Tackling intricate structures like discretionary trusts, hybrid partnerships, and offshore jurisdictions, we stand out by making compliance effortless for asset managers, brokers and banks.

What will you do?

  • Be a critical part of the Business Development function, managing the sales process from sourcing to closing.
  • Identifying leads, reaching out and scoping opportunities.
  • Carry out technical product demos and mapping out client workflows to ensure seamless implementation.  
  • Translating customer requests into product solutions to help the team evolve the product. 
  • Building partnerships with other service providers including lawyers, fund admins, tech platforms and banks.
  • Representing the company at industry events.

What have you done before?

  • 4+ years’ compliance consulting or sales experience   
  • AML/KYC technical knowledge including relevant guidance
  • Enjoy writing thought leadership pieces is a plus
  • Regulatory know-how relating to Luxembourg, Channel Islands and Caymans is a big plus
