  • Supporting stock, deliveries and daily branch operations

About you

You will be a confident and approachable leader with strong commercial instincts and a genuine passion for customer service. Experience within a trade counter, builders’ merchant, construction supply or similar trade environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of PVCu or aluminium windows and doors would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Stevenswood will provide as much product training as required.

You will need:

  • Previous leadership or team management experience
  • Experience within trade supply, a trade counter or a similar environment
  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills
  • A commercial approach and the drive to grow branch performance
  • A practical, hands on approach to branch operations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence

  • £35,450 basic salary
  • Uncapped quarterly bonus, starting from £500
  • Additional variable salary bonus of up to £8,800 a year
  • Monday to Friday working, with no Saturdays

  • Five weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Option to buy two additional holiday days
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme
  • Healthcare and life assurance

  • Retail discount scheme
  • Free onsite parking
