About Stevenswood

Stevenswood is a dedicated supplier of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors, glass, conservatories and accessories, catering to both trade professionals and homeowners. With trade counters throughout the UK, we are part of the Customade Group, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of fenestration products to retail, trade, and distribution clients.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Assistant to come on board at our Cheltenham trade counter.

The essence of what we do is to provide excellent service. Utilising good people skills and building solid connections with our customers, generating accurate quotations and orders using Window Designer software, scheduling deliveries and collections, answer and resolving any queries as they may arise. Being a team player within a close-knit team, supporting the contact of customers to introduce Stevenswood’s wider products and services and assisting with general branch operations.

Skills and Experience

  • Product knowledge is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Full Driving License (Advantageous)
  • Ability in building strong business relationships and rapport within a trade environment.
  • Being a team player and delivering great customer service – finding solutions and thinking on your feet
  • Ability to load/unload deliveries which involves an element of heavy lifting
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a drive to earn bonus.
  • Confident IT user – training on Window Designer and IT systems will be provided.
