We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated Engineering Manager to join us at our Polyframe site in Lenwade. Role Overview The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Engineering function to ensure the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities, maximising equipment reliability, minimising downtime and supporting the achievement of operational and business KPIs. Working collaboratively with Production and other key departments, the role will oversee the delivery of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme, ensure the effective management of engineering resources, spare parts and maintenance priorities, and drive improvements in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Front-Line Maintenance (FLM) activities. The role will provide leadership, direction and development to the Engineering team, promoting a proactive and preventative approach to maintenance. A key focus will be driving continuous improvement in engineering performance, improving Mean Time to Failure (MTTF), reducing equipment downtime, optimising maintenance costs and delivering agreed improvement plans.
