One of the highest rated managing agents in Manchester is looking for a customer focused person to join our block management department as a Property Manager, looking after buildings and estates in the Manchester area. Our aim is to be the best agent, not the biggest, and to keep workloads manageable to ensure that an excellent service can be delivered - unlike our competitors. How are we genuinely different to the rest Firstly, portfolios are typically around 500 - 700 units, compared to 1000 - 2000 elsewhere. Secondly, we aren't owned by a developer or have multiple shareholders to please, allowing service quality to be put first. Thirdly, support is on hand from senior team members at all times, which is so important when legislation and guidance is constantly changing. You'd be joining a team of 30 at present, which grows regularly and totals 45 across the company.
