You'd be joining a team of 30 at present, which grows regularly and totals 45 across the company.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate would already be working as a Block Property Manager looking for a more rewarding role, however, we also invite applications from those working in lettings management, facilities management or block management assistant roles looking to further their career, offering much more responsibility and challenges than lettings as you'll be looking after whole blocks of apartments and estates, not just singular properties.
Those with considerable (5+ years) block property management experience will be considered for fast-track progression to a Senior Property Manager role, where the salary ranges from Β£40,000 β Β£49,000 per year.\\n\\nWe arenβt a huge corporate, faceless agent β customer service, being proactive and just getting the job done is what sets us out from our competitors.\\n\\nThe daily duties would include, but not be limited to:\\n\\nOverseeing the smooth running of your portfolio β taking calls, handling enquiries and arranging call outs with contractors.\\nKeeping residents updated, either personally or via thoureir bulk message platform.\\nWorking with clients to set plans for future improvements/maintenance, obtaining quotes and setting a budget to suit.\\nAssisting with budget and financial control β checking expenditure and identifying debtors, using our very user-friendly system.\\nVisiting and inspecting some of our developments β you'd likely have a couple to look after directly, which will increase with experience.\\nHelping to provide updates to clients β informing them of issues and what our plans/recommendations are.\\nIdentifying potential new business, noting down developments that look unloved, and where we may be able to assist.\\n\\nA relevant qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
