We are recruiting a Copilot Studio Developer to support the design, build and ongoing improvement of AI-powered copilots and automations across the firm. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, working closely with lawyers, Knowledge, IT and Business teams to translate operational and client-facing needs into practical, well-governed AI solutions. The role will sit within the Technology & Data team and form part of the firm’s wider Transformation & AI capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop Copilot and automation solutions across Microsoft 365, including Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Create workflows and integrations using Power Automate, Dataverse and Microsoft 365 data sources
- Build and integrate AI capabilities using Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry, where appropriate
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into usable, supportable AI solutions
- Deliver pilot solutions, demos and iterative improvements to support adoption across the firm
- Ensure solutions align with firm standards for security, data protection and governance
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, data sources and APIs where required
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise solutions to improve reliability, performance and user experience
- Contribute to internal documentation, standards, reusable components and continuous improvement activity
- Stay informed about developments in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI to inform future capability.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong experience with Power Automate, including workflow design and integrations
- Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 connectors
- Experience or working knowledge of Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and/or custom connectors
- Understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM and solution packaging
- Experience publishing Copilot solutions to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Understanding of governance, security and data protection principles in enterprise environments
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in clear, practical terms
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
