About The Role
Community Advice & Support deliver a number of projects and services within and outside of Stevenage. Our ambition is to create services that provide excellent customer service across a number of other local authorities and housing associations. This post leads on the initial scoping, delivery roll‑out, scrutiny and project management of the service/project which is an integral part of selling our services. You will be working as part of a dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive team and will be involved in, but not limited to, projects which are targeted at:
About You
This role is responsible for project discovery and scoping for project delivery and ensuring that value and financial benefits can be realised, including the collection of funds associated with the project and KPIs/data sharing. Good planning and analytical skills with an attention to detail are also key, as is the ability to manage priorities effectively. To be considered for the role you will need to have previous experience of project management, have a good understanding of financial budgets, ensure that any new process and/or policies are fully documented and agreed, and manage the project risk register ensuring that adequate controls are in place. You should be able to work on your own initiative and, as part of a team across partnership agencies, have excellent communication skills, resilience, good judgement and problem‑solving skills. A full UK driving licence (with access to own vehicle) is desirable.
