Stevenage Borough Council is recruiting a No More Service Support Worker to manage a caseload of 15–20 clients across Hertfordshire, delivering intensive support to address substance misuse and offending. You will work with partners to tailor programmes, with contact required outside of normal hours when needed.
You will represent SBC at Multi Agency Risk Management Meetings and Professional Meetings, working as part of the No More Service team to support vulnerable clients and drive positive outcomes.
