This is a varied and hands‑on role supporting the day‑to‑day administration of insurance claims. You’ll be responsible for setting up new claims, carrying out initial investigations, and gathering the information needed for decision-making. You’ll work closely with internal teams as well as external contacts including insurers, solicitors and members of the public, ensuring claims are handled accurately and within required timescales.
