We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and resilient professional to join our Housing Supply Team. The role of a Housing Supply Coordinator is to source and sustain accommodation in the private rented sector in order to prevent and relieve homelessness. The ideal candidate will have experience of the Private Rented Sector, the ability to negotiate with landlords as well as to deliver a professional advice service focusing on sustainment through income maximisation, debt reduction, welfare benefits advice and dispute resolution.

About You

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and flexibility in dealing with varying workloads
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills and ability to engage with customers in a demanding environment to find solutions
  • Experience of working in Housing, preferably the Private Rented Sector
