Be the first line of contact when dealing with general enquiries relating to Community Advice and Support. Display a high level of organisational skills, resilience, communication skills and attention to detail, adjusting priorities as necessary to accommodate new pressures/frequent changes in circumstances while understanding relevant statutory timescales.

Maintain generic mailboxes within the service area, respond to service queries from internal and external customers and investigate further for supporting evidence when needed. Lead on Tenant Satisfaction Surveys for the Community Advice and Support Teams. Assist with the verification of applicants on the housing register. Process invoices in a timely manner. Assist teams across Community Advice and Support on special projects where necessary.

  • Meeting minute‑taking experience both in person and across digital platforms.
  • A flexible outlook and attitude to working in a customer‑focused team.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Competent computer skills, efficient in using Microsoft Office IT packages including Excel.
