The predicted salary is between 33699 - 37105 £ per year.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and confident Resident Engagement & Access Coordinator to provide high quality project support within the Housing Asset Management Team. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Building Safety and Housing Property Services Business Unit, other council services, our contractors, tenants, leaseholders and adjoining owner/occupiers to gain access and enable major works to our customers' homes in advance of and during programmes. This post will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have:
- A proven track record of negotiating and resolving issues working with tenant and customer groups.
- Experience of engaging customers in meaningful consultation and communication, involving them in determining outcomes at an appropriate level.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and expectations and a commitment to a high standard of customer care with the ability to deal sensitively with a wide range of customers.
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally.
- Experience in liaising directly with project sponsors, contractors, consultants and external organisations and coordinating projects.
