ABOUT THE ROLE
The post holder will work within the Safety, Health and Resilience (HS&R) Team providing support to health and safety, wellbeing and resilience functions across the council. The ideal candidates will be keen to learn about all aspects of the HS&R team and work with the full range of services across the council. This is a role that will provide exposure to all aspects of the council and support your understanding of all of the functions of a local government organisation. Successful candidates will be supported to complete a Level 3 qualification in business administration

– The ability to work on your own initiative and flexibility in dealing with varying workloads.
– The ability to organise and prioritise your workload while supporting the day to day work within the team.
– Have effective communication skills and be able to engage with staff and managers across the organisation to quickly build trust and rapport
