Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Aftersales team, ensuring excellent customer service and clear role understanding.
- Manage daily Service Department operations to achieve targets for workshop productivity, labour sales, and parts sales.
- Ensure Aftersales processes are followed, including vehicle inspections and customer handover procedures.
- Monitor and manage parts stock levels, availability, and supplier relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in collaboration with other departments.
- Support team development through coaching, training planning, and recruitment.
- Oversee warranty claims, subcontracted work, service valeting, and driver activities.
- Approve goodwill gestures, discounts, and manage local Aftersales promotions and marketing.
- Work closely with the wider dealership management team to improve performance and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager role within the automotive industry.
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent organisational and operational management abilities.
