The role acts as the main link between the front desk, technicians, and parts team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign jobs to technicians based on their skills and workload.
- Keep the workshop running efficiently and on schedule.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Update the service team on job progress and completion times.
- Help technicians with technical questions when needed.
- Ensure health and safety rules are followed.
- Check that job cards are completed correctly.
- Work with the parts team to get parts on time.
