The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
Base salary: £25,000 with a guaranteed £30,000 in your first year and £55,000 OTE.
Contract: Permanent Full Time.
Must have a full UK driving licence.
About the Company: Steven Eagell Group is a family‑run automotive retailer in the UK, specialising in new and used vehicle sales and after‑sales services.
Responsibilities:
- Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
- Builds trust, communicates effectively and surpasses customer expectations, providing a service‑based experience.
- Ensures the customer’s buying experience is industry leading, in line with company standards.
- Demonstrates the most suitable options to the customer, adapts to their buying strategy and encourages test drives.
- Uses in‑depth product knowledge to guide the customer towards the best choice.
- Works with colleagues and other teams across the centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers (e.g. attending after‑sales customers with the aim of obtaining new business).
- Ensures opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist (e.g. fleet sales).
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills – easily builds relationships internally and with customers, pleasant and demonstrates humility.
- Strong interest in automotive and agility to learn about new products.
- Results‑focused.
- People skills – approachable, a good listener and empathetic to customer needs.
- Extremely organised with great attention to detail.
- Customer and service‑oriented, able to work in a busy high‑pressure environment.
- Analytical and quick thinking.
