Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect customer vehicles in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Build strong rapport with customers and develop a clear understanding of their needs.
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, ensuring customer care remains a top priority.
- Maintain a professional and courteous image when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure all vehicles are presented to a high standard and meet customer expectations before delivery or collection.
- Carry out vehicle valeting and preparation duties when required.
- Report any customer complaints, concerns, or vehicle issues to management immediately.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks accurately.
- Adhere to all company procedures, road safety regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Support the wider team and undertake any additional duties required within the role.
