Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Plan and execute daily sales activities, including prospecting and cold calling, to generate new business.
- Create and deliver personalised sales presentations, addressing individual customer needs and preferences.
- Work closely with customers to fully understand their requirements and suggest the best products and services.
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations that align with customer expectations.
- Negotiate pricing and finance options, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present proposals to customers when necessary, securing agreements.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing communication.
- Monitor your own performance against sales and customer retention targets, and work with the General Manager to review progress and set goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across all teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
