Your Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Retailer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in parts retail, working in a fast-paced environment and gaining valuable industry experience. As an Apprentice Parts Retailer, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the parts they need, when they need them. You’ll work with internal systems, engage with customers, and support the overall parts sale’s function.
- Use the company’s computer systems to log stock movements and generate orders
- Support the efficient coordination and sale of parts
- Liaise with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations
- Handle enquiries from both trade and retail customers
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills to help improve performance
- Maintain accurate records and assist with stock control
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in both English and Mathematics (A Grade 3 in one subject may be considered depending on other qualifications and experience)
- Have a genuine interest in developing a career in parts retail
- Be eager to learn and develop new skills
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Training & Development
You will work towards a Level 2 Retailer Standard qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Full support, mentoring, and monitoring will be provided on the job. You will benefit from structured training, including residential learning blocks and regular 1:1 sessions. Gain hands-on experience working alongside highly skilled professionals.

- Off-the-job training includes 3 residential blocks and fortnightly 1:1 sessions
- All travel and accommodation costs are fully covered by the employer
