The predicted salary is between 30000 - 30000 £ per year.

Base Salary: £25,000 with a guaranteed £30,000 in your first year and £55,000 OTE. Contract: Permanent - Full Time. Must have a full UK driving licence.

We are looking for a Lexus Sales Executive to provide an exceptional customer experience, build relationships, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Talk with and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
  • Build trust, communicate effectively and surpass customers’ expectations while providing a service‑based experience.
  • Ensure customers’ buying experience is industry‑leading and in line with our standards.
  • Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, adapting to their buying strategy and encouraging a test drive.
  • Use in‑depth product knowledge to guide the customer towards the best choice.
  • Work with colleagues and other teams across the centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service, including attending to after‑sales customers to obtain new business.
  • Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist (e. g. fleet sales).

  • Strong communication skills, adept at building relationships internally and with customers, pleasant and humble.
  • Strong interest in automotive and agility to learn about new products.
  • Results‑focused and analytical, with quick thinking.
  • Strong people skills—approachable, a good listener, and empathetic to customer needs.
  • Extremely organised with great attention to detail.
  • Customer and service‑oriented, able to thrive in a busy, high‑pressure environment.
  • A team player.
